These Portrait services have been adapted to adhere to the prevailing Covid19 restrictions. In making these changes, I’ve been mindful of the current climate and how I can provide options suitable for a wide range of budgeting needs (Sometimes the service may need to be adapted/changed to maintain compliance with Covid19 procedures. In such circumstances, I will do all I can to honor my commitments, whilst maintaining the highest standards possible, and I thank you for your understanding should this be the case).

I currently offer the following Portrait options. In order that I can offer lower cost alternatives, I’ve divided them into two lighting categories: Natural Light, and Professional Light Sessions. There is a cost difference in these two options, due to the equipment needed, and the set up requirements. Whilst I am happy to advise you about the best lighting option for your needs and budget, please bear in mind that Portrait sessions will be outdoors for the foreseeable future and the choice may be influenced by weather conditions.

• Session Style One - A Natural Light Portrait Session (held in a suitable outdoor environment, including Home or Office eg. Doorstep or Garden).

• Session Style Two - A Professionally Lit Portrait Session (Held in a suitable outdoor environment, including Home or Office eg. Doorstep or Garden).

• Session Style Three - A Formal Gathering. Natural Light Session (Held in a suitable outdoor environment. Suitable for Weddings and Civil Partnerships, Graduations, Religious Ceremonials, as well as Business and Sport related).

• Session Style Four - A Formal Gathering. Professionally Lit Session (Held in a suitable outdoor environment Suitable for Weddings and Civil Partnerships, Graduations, Religious Ceremonials, as well as Business and Sport related).

Here is a guide to the timings that you can expect from this service:

1. Once your Portrait session has been completed you will be able to view your unedited images, normally within 48 Hours (a link will be sent to your email address following the session). You will be able to select the appropriate images from the Session (in line with the price package that you have selected).

2. Your selected images will then be edited, (in line with the editing package that you have selected). The edited images will be available for you to view, following the editing process, normally within 72 hours of you selecting your images (a link will be provided).

3. You will then be able to choose the images that you would like produced by ordering your Prints/Albums/Canvases/Frames (a link will be sent to you). I have prepared some example options and prices below to give you an idea of the anticipated finished prices.

4. Depending on the production method that you have selected for your finished product, you will receive it by your chosen delivery method, normally within two weeks of the order being placed.

There are numerous options for the production of your prints, and in normal circumstances I would provide you with samples. In the current circumstances, I will email you the images of the products that may interest you, based on your preferences and budget, following a telephone consultation, which we will take place once you have selected your images).

Health & Safety

I treat the subject of your health and safety very seriously. There are a number of hazards involved in the types of locations we might visit and which require special consideration. You will be provided with a Health and Safety briefing in your pre-course work book (or pre-Portrait Session document) which will be emailed to you prior to the commencement date of your Course/Tutorial/Portrait. There will also be advisories concerning appropriate Clothing, Footwear and Equipment to bring/wear to your Learning/Portrait Venue.

COVID19 I will conduct my interaction with you in line with the Government Covid19 guidelines which are in force at the time. Please be prepared to adhere to these guidelines and to bring appropriate P.P.E. relevant to your health risk status. I will do the same and will provide sundry items such antibacterial wipes (for opening gates etc.) and circumstances where any unavoidable contact with your camera or equipment takes place. If either you, or I, experience symptoms prior to, or during the Course/Tutorial we must inform each other immediately and curtail the session. All Sessions including Portraits will be held outdoors. All Portraits will be carried out with a medium Telephoto Lens to maintain safe working distances.
